The Data Protection Laws provide you, the data subject, with the following rights:
Right of Access: You have the right to request access to your personal information, commonly known as a data subject access request. We ask that you are specific in what information you wish to access and, if requested, provide us with documentation to verify your identity (e.g., scan of passport, driving licence or utility bill) so that we can ensure that we only provide personal information to correct individuals.
Right to Correct or Update Information: You can ask us to correct or update personal information HS1 holds about you by contacting our DPO. We will take all reasonable steps to satisfy you that the personal information we hold is accurate and to rectify the data if necessary.
Right to Erasure: You have the right to ask us to delete your personal information. This right is not absolute and only applies in certain circumstances. If you believe your personal information may be eligible, please make a request by contacting our DPO.
Right to Restrict Processing: You have the right to request a restriction on how HS1 Ltd processes your personal information. This right is not absolute and only applies in certain circumstances. If you believe that we are processing your personal information and you would like to restrict this, make a request by contacting our DPO.
Right to Data portability: The right to data portability allows you to provide you or (where feasible) a third party with some of the personal information that we hold about you in a structured, commonly used, electronic form. There are limited circumstances where this right could be applied within HS1 Ltd systems. Please make a request by contacting our DPO.
Right to Object: You have the right to object to the processing of personal information in certain circumstances. To do so, please make a request by contacting our DPO.
Rights Related to Automated Decision-Making: You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which will create legal effects or have a similar significant impact on you unless you have given us your consent, it is necessary for a contract between you and us or is otherwise permitted by law. To find out more information, please make a request by contacting our DPO.
