Right to Restrict Processing: You have the right to request a restriction on how HS1 Ltd processes your personal information. This right is not absolute and only applies in certain circumstances. If you believe that we are processing your personal information and you would like to restrict this, make a request by contacting our DPO.

Right to Data portability: The right to data portability allows you to provide you or (where feasible) a third party with some of the personal information that we hold about you in a structured, commonly used, electronic form. Rights Related to Automated Decision-Making: You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which will create legal effects or have a similar significant impact on you unless you have given us your consent, it is necessary for a contract between you and us or is otherwise permitted by law.
