We are delighted to have been awarded with the prestigious We Invest in People gold accreditation by Investors in People for our commitment to improving business standards and people management.

This is a momentous occasion for us as gold standard is achieved by only 17% of organisations.

The We Invest in People accreditation is one of the most prominent standards for people management in the world, making it a global benchmark when it comes to investing in people and delivering sustainable results.

In 2017 we achieved silver accreditation and with the implementation of the HS1 People Strategy in 2019, this put the spotlight on development, progression and performance which have enabled the business to achieve the gold standard.
