St. Pancras International Tops National Rail Passenger Survey
We are delighted that St. Pancras International has been named the top performing station in the UK, with a passenger satisfaction score of 96%.
The National Rail Passenger Survey from Transport Focus revealed that the station is up 2% from last year, and highly regarded for the ‘Upkeep of the station building’ (95%) and connections with public transport (94%).
St. Pancras International was also recently named one of the UK’s most used stations, by The Office of Rail and Road. Around 50 million people visit the station each year for travel, however, one in six of those are not there to catch a train, but to enjoy its retail offering.
